Orders
By placing an order on PunyaKosh, you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (online) or once submitted (Cash on Delivery).
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery orders are payable in full at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders move through Processing, Shipped, and Delivered stages. You can track your order status any time by signing in and visiting "My Orders". Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

Account & Sign-In
Signing in with Google is optional and is used only to let you view your own order history and download invoices. We do not post on your behalf or access any other Google account data.
